I keep this blog to have inspirational things to look at on my dash. I need it on rough days.

I’ve found the perfect food/exercise match for me, and that’s all I wanted to say. When I start blogging for real again it won’t be a blog of suffering and longing, it will be a blog where I am fit and healthy and unbelievably happy. Because I know I can do it, and I feel my body changing. Although the weight hasn’t decreased much, I feel so much lighter, and it is now only a question of time when the fat is starting to melt away for good.
